The MissionWay logo personifies our principles, values and commitment to God’s way within the world. It challenges each member to grow in the likeness of Christ and encourages all of us to be a fellowship of faith, hope and love to a hurting world.

 

Our logo strongly relies on the imagery of water as seen in the reflection of the “M” and “W”. MissionWay, located on Florida’s First Coast, is nestled between the Atlantic Ocean and St. John’s River. Surrounded by those bodies of water, one cannot help but reflect on the beauty, majesty and power of God’s creation. Water also represents new life, as symbolized in baptism—a core value of the church.

 

A closer look at the logo reveals the sun, rising in the East. This is a common sight for those living on the east coast. It is also a reminder that with the dawning of each new day comes the hope and promise found by living a life in Christ.
