Thanksgiving Baskets

We are collecting items to put in Thanksgiving baskets to help local families in need. We hope you will join us in this effort to serve our local community.

There are a few ways you can help:

  1. Bring in the items listed below to the bins in the church lobby through Nov. 5.

  2. Or you can give to the “Thanksgiving basket” fund (select in the dropdown menu), so we can purchase the items needed.

  3. We will deliver the baskets to Bartram Springs Elementary. Our MWay Students (grades 6-12) will put them together on Friday, Nov. 10, 6pm. We will deliver them on Monday, Nov. 13.

Here is the list of what we will be putting into a basket. One basket will cost $25, plus it will include a $25 gift card for a turkey:

  • mashed potatoes (box)

  • green beans (2 cans)

  • corn (2 cans)

  • sweet potatoes (canned yams)

  • stuffing

  • brownies (box)

  • cranberry sauce

  • gravy

  • disposable aluminum pan (for baking turkey)

  • We will include a $25 Walmart gift card (so each family can purchase a turkey). Click here to give.
